Unlike therapy, life coaching is action-oriented and designed to help you create progress toward specific outcomes in your life or work.
The best way to know is to schedule a free consultation. During this call, we’ll talk through your goals and what you’re hoping to achieve, and you’ll get a feel for my coaching style. Feeling comfortable and aligned is important for coaching to be effective.
Life coaching does not replace therapy or medical treatment. I cannot treat clinical depression, eating disorders, self-harm, addiction, PTSD, or deep trauma. These topics may be discussed if they are impacting your goals, but treatment should be handled by a licensed mental health professional.
